Travel insurance
A travel insurance policy is vital if you go for an adventure tour in a foreign country. While most general travel insurance covers you against sickness, not all cover emergency evacuation, which could run into many thousands of dollars if a helicopter were required. We do not offer travel insurance, however we strongly recommend that you take out a policy covering mountain rescue and emergency evacuation.

 
 Cancellation Policy, should you need to cancel:
  • Reservations for one night are not refundable.
  • Cancellations made at least 29 days prior to arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total amount of
      the reservation to cover admin & Bank charges.
  • Cancellations which occur between seven and twenty-eight days prior to the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal
      to 20% of the total amount of the reservation.
  • Cancellations made seven days or less prior to the arrival date are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations of a reservation associated with a promotion will result in a cancellation fee equal to one night's accomodation.
 Premature departure from  Dar will be treated as forfeited cancellation and no refunds will be administered
